Oil with medium intense fruitiness, with balanced notes of bitterness and pungency. The scent of green olives and fresh grass give it a delicate and harmonious taste. The varieties cultivated are those typical of the local tradition: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino.
